This is one of my favourite projects; we were given a number of words to choose from, and I chose the word 'naked' not in the literal sense but looking at ballet and the costumes the dancers wear are like a second skin.
I made a journal for this project and here are a few photos and drawings from it. My friend is a dancer so this made it easier to obtain photographs and to see the actual poses and moves they use.
The final image was the end result and I think it works really well, the pose is reflected well in the colour palette of soft smooth pastel colours giving the image calm and grace.
